December 1, 2005, Tampa, FL -- The premier music video game, Piano Wizard™, and Midisoft™, maker of top line music learning software products, have agreed to an important strategic alliance to co-market, bundle and co-develop a range of consumer products in the music and video game software category, it was announced today.

"Piano Wizard is one of the most unique new music learning products we have ever seen," Horvath said. "Because it feels like an action packed video game, it is already blazing trails in the consumer marketplace, and as Allegro Rainbow's product launch cycle kicks into high gear, we are looking forward to being carried to new customers and opportunities. The simplicity of the game belies it's richness as a music making experience, and it makes even the youngest novice immediately successful and making music Together we hope to seed a generation of young Mozarts."

The partnership immediately combines award winning products, Piano Wizard and Quick Start Music Suite, which are now offered as a holiday promotion. The companies are expected to begin delivering other electronic learning systems to market in 2006.

"Their product line is a great next step for music lovers, and combines well with ours, gives us a compelling bundle to offer on our national infomercials and other consumer marketing and promotion opportunities," said Allegro Rainbow CEO Chris Salter. "This partnership will enable us to benefit from co-marketing programs that promote the concept of electronically assisted music learning-- especially the ease of learning music using our pc video game with its beginner and more advanced versions.

Midisoft's product line, which includes the Quick Start line of music education software, will be just one of the product lines that has been selected for the joint program, expanding the reach of both Allegro's and Midisoft's consumer products.

Midisoft's CEO Andrew Horvath said his company will benefit from the additional markets Piano Wizard will open up to his product line. "Unlike many music products, Piano Wizard is truly for a mass market, and as millions of people discover that they too can play, that the doors to musical experiences are open to them too, that will bring many new musicians to the market, and Midisoft will be able to take them seamlessly to the next levels of musical exploration."
